I would never call anyone stupid (Well Maybe I would), but you really should shoot a bow before buying it. The purpose of shooting first is not really to judge the difference in performance, but to see which bow feels better to you and that is something that nobody on here can do for you. So, take to trip to your shop and should two or three bows and make your decision based on that. I know plenty of guys who thought they had their minds made up and changed after shooting shooting a few bows.
