Heres the one I am eaten now!
1 lb Ground Beef(lean)
1 lb Pork Sausage.
1 Large Egg.
A healthy splash of Milk.
1 Chopped Onion.
2 Slices of Bread Crumbs.

Add To Taste:
Parmesean Cheese.
Chopped Garlic.
Garlic Salt.
Chilli Powder.
Chrushed Red Pepper.
Lowerys Seasoning Salt.
Fine Pepper.
Italian Seasoning.
Lemmon Pepper Seasoning.
A Small Splash of Olive Oil.
A Small Bit of Ketchup.
A Pinch or Two Shredded Sharp Cheddar.

This is a good one! Meatloaf sandwiches for days! Nice[:-]
