Not much to say other than "Binary Cam" is a registered trademark of Bowtech, so to use the term in the first place is a touch silly don't ya think?
Oh and the whole notion of "another Binary" cam being cosher because of a difference in profile or number of tracks is basically the same as someone "inventing" a single cam with modules or some other bells and whistles...........you still have to get past the gatekeeper of the original single cam patent because at it's roots it's still a single cam.
