RE: Question for IBO World Qualifiers??
That was an idea i hadnt thought about. Giving a price break for the series events, cause if you are competing for the top prizes in your class in lets say the World Triple Crown, then you would be more committed to finish the three leg event. I would have to say that if the IBO and hosting clubs gave a better rate to already qualified archers, then there might be a rise in attendances at all events to include the world.
With that as a benefit maybe there could be more host club out this way, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, wyoming, etc. Which also would help the IBO get the ever falling shooter numbers back up to a normal or maybe even higher level. I hate to see this sport/disipline die off due to non-participation. This sport is one of the few "Family Healthy" sports left. That means the family unit gets to have fun as a group, which keep trusts, honestly, respect, and cohosiveness in the family unit heck even extended family.
PS you dont have to win everytime, it is just there to have fun and enjoy the company of freinds and family. Mostly to see how much more practice one needs. I am not the best or close to the best shooter, but my main goal is to get more kids in the NASP and the open an avenue to the 3D and Spot Shooting World, and I make sure to invite the parents along for the exciting ride. Cause if they arent there to expereince the childrens little victories then who will?
