Your arrow tip is tracking left and a little high from the nock. Assuming the arrow spine is correct and you don't have a clearance problem; you would want to move the arrow rest to the left about 1/16" at a time and also raise you nocking point a little. Just be advised that the classic "too stiff" of an arrow shaft tear is what you have. It is also commonly a sign of the fletching hitting either the arrow shelf, launcher, or the buss cable. Don't start moving anything until you have completely eliminated these two possibilities.
