At .06 bac, I don't think this guy was impaired. He may be an alcoholic judging by what they found in his truck, but by no means was he drunk. This guy should lose his hunting rights, spend some time in jail and have to go thru treatment. Community service of some type will be ordered by whichever judge gets this case. Like I posted earlier, he'll most likely be out of jail/treatment in 6 months or less and be on probation with a conviction on his record and won't even be able to own a firearm.
