I say punish him for the crime he has comited and do it swiftly.
Like I said before part of me wants to string the guy up and the other part says what good would it do.
The good would be that by stringing this guy up, the next guy may think twice before even thinking about going in the woods stoned or drunk. Im not saying to make an example out of him...just holdhim responsable for his actions!
Our legal system is SOOO screwed up it seems that the criminals have more rights than the victims.
