I am torn on this one. I am thinking it will get reduced to involuntary manslaughter and we the tax payers will foot the bill for 20 to life so will anything be accomplished?

Here is my take on it. The guy already has to live with the fact he killed his son. I say the Judge decides to run a national campaign through all the magazines we love with a stiff message against drinking and hunting. The adds are paid by this guy going around the country and giving speaches at AA events, seminars and schools so that the message gets out. He must also keep clean for the rest of his life and still do time in a halfway house when he is not on the road promoting hunting safety.
