Default RE: S&W Model 329PD

ORIGINAL: HEAD0001

I have one and it is absolutely my favorite handgun. It is easy to carry, and fairly easy to conceal. About like a full size 1911, maybe slightly larger.

I load a 240 grain cast bullet at 850 fps. This load is not hard to handle, and it is a very accurate load. I take mine everywhere I go. There is no doubt the revolver is a hand full with full power 44 magnum loads. But for that matter any full power 44 magnum load is a hand full.

If I had to sell all my firearms, mine would be one of the last ones to go. Tom.

Thanks for the review and the pics.

I'm thinking about getting one. I don't see myself using full-power magnum loads, more like .44 special or downloaded .44 magnum reloads. I would like something that I could conceal carry, yet also shoot reasonably well at reasonable distances.
