Go to the owner and ask if you can lease it. Give him $200-300 and throw everyone out. 2 guys can't hunt turkeys separately on 60 acres. Deer maybe, but it's still confining. If you guys can't work this out by yourselves the owner will quickly tire of problems and throw you both out.
