Just my opinion but the model 70 is ideal dangerous game action, one
It is not the ideal dangerous game action in a bolt a square bridge mauser built for that action length is superior to the model 70, it will have larger dimensions and handle that cartridge length correctly. With a model 70 you are using the same action as what would be used with an 06 just bolt stop and magazine modified. A fellow that goes to my gunsmith has every DGR 70 ever made in 375,458, 416 Remington(as per him the 416 is totally unreliable in that action.) An ideal DGR would be a Double rifle.
Maybe their tooling to offer the 375 RCM....
I think the fact the 375RCM can be used in a standard action length Ruger and will be cheaperwill keep WInchester from making many 375's.
