I know how all the pricing works, Matt
I'm looking more for things along the lines of... How
mutually beneficial do you really see the relationship being? Do you think the program in general gives the owner a solid ROI (return on investment)? How do you think it could be made better?
In other words, how do you think you could make yourself more valuable to the shop you shoot for? Since you're both a store employee AND pro-staff, I'd be particularly interested in your take on this... thanks.
And just to clarify --and I'm not trying to bust on you; you may be right -- but from what it sounds like (and I'm only clarifying because I see others wandering about our position frequently) the Corporate Advisory Staff is a whole lot more than just shooting and talking up the bows. There's only like eight or so of us nationwide, and we are authorized to speak directly for the factory, work marketing events, call on dealers, handle customer complaints... we have the ear of the ownership and often give input to various aspects of the business.
Again, not trying to make your position look less important
in the least... just clarifying that it's not a "shooter position" like it sounded like you were describing there.I've had those too, and this is nothing like it.
