Unfortunately, Geronimo, that's like asking us whether you should choose boxers or briefs. Some folks shoot better with glove, some do better with a tab. Some switch back and forth between the two. Only way for you to find out what does best for you is to try both.

If you go for a tab, keep in mind that all tabs are cut oversize for you to customize the fit. The tab should not extend past the tips of the fingers, though most experienced tab shooters prefer them even shorter. Many trim the tab back to where it covers only the bottom third of the fingertip pads for using a deep hook release. Myself, I prefer something in the middle, leaving between 1/8" to 1/4" of fingertips exposed over the edge of the tab.

So, tab length is yet another area for exploration of personal preference.
