Debating on whether or not to go on a archery hog hunt in Iowa, I know it would be fun, but I' m wondering how the meat is?
Is a sow better tasting than a boar?

What do you with the meat? sausage? roasts? chops?
My fear is if I shoot a big boar will I be disappointed in meat quality???
