Over my career I wouldn't have a clue but since I've gotten my rangefinder too many years ago I've ranged every deer I've shot unless it was so close it didn't matter. I use a Crooked Horn Bino strap on my rangefinder. When a bucks in, I range, attach release, draw, stop, shoot.
