If you have the ability to drive around the area about 2-3 times per week then I wouldn't worry about it to much. They will get used to it. If you just plan on driving out the days you hunt, you will probably spook them. Our property gets alot of ATV action and the deer will hang tight. We can drive right by the food plot as they eat and they will stay put. They will probably hang even tighter in bedding area.
