I used one for years and loved it. Switched and never looked back, but had nothing to do with speed. I did some extensive testing of the WB with many different arrow/fletch combo's and the biggest speed loss I came up with was 1.5 ft/s.

I just felt like I shot better at longer ranges with a drop away.
