I have alway shot 3 under seems more comfortable to me . I have friends that were shooting split finger and had problems with pinching the nock to much thus having poor arrow flight. I have been to tournments where the archer draws with split finger and drops the top finger off the string thus having 2 under. Shoot whatever you shoot best and dont worry what everybody else thinks.
