It has to be something with the design or steel or something.........it seems almost brainless to be able to sharpen them like that but man they just wouldn't shave hair. I would get the nicest cleanest polished bevels on them but they just weren't as sharp as I wanted.
I just can't bring myself to hunt with less than shaving sharp heads out of these lower KE set ups.

Anyway, this new method works for me really well!
