OH!! I see what you mean.....Took me a few minutes....You're just pulling the platform too high, and the platform cable is over the top of the upper V.....right? Yes, I have that problem occasionally......

It's only an issue on the smaller diameter trees because of the excess cable floating out there. Larger diameter trees you won't have that problem. Obviously, just don't pull the platform up as high.
