One of the guys at the hunting club swears by Nikon. He's tried all makes of scopes and the Nikon has proven the best to him.Nikon is all he'll have now.I've never owned one.I had a Leupold go bad thislast season. I missed three deer because it kept losing it's POI.Resighted it three times and it kept going out.Supposedly Leupold fixed it.

Nikon has a good reputation and I would say go for it.
