most run away but i did have a doe when i was younger trot over 10 yards ,look back and just stare at me .kind of surprisedlook as if to say what the heck was that. then got wobly and fell over. there was another doe with her that jumped back but then walk back to where she was. I let her go because i had enough to do gutting her,checking her inand getting her back to the house before my dinner guests came over that night
