dang i hate to let you down guys but it was a really slow morning.....i only heard two gobbles the whole time and they shut up quick right after that . i think i know the reason why though. we had a sudden cold snap last night and it was 37 degrees this morning, and as i've learned in the past nothing gives a south georgia gobbler a case of lockjaw faster than a cold snap. but i'm going back this afternoon and tomorrow morning, so maybe i'll get one before the weekend is over. i've patterned several birds on a small food plot back in the woods. i just hope the cold doesn't throw them off too! anyway i'll let y'all know how it goes tonight
