I know which plants native to the inland northwest are edible and which ones will make me sicker than a dog.
I can start a fire without matches or a lighter.
I know how to make my own shelter out of whats available in the outdoors.
I can use a compass and read a map.
I know basic first aid.

I have no doubts that if stranded, I could survive.
