They simply couldn't provide a quote at the time (understandable I suppose) and also stated it should be under warranty. IF it wasn't under warranty, and they never truly gave me a quote, theoretically it could cost anywhere from $5-$100...that's what worries me. I bet if I call and tell them to contact me if it will cost me over XXX amount of $, they would. They seem like good people.

Matt honestly I am sure you could tell them if it's going to run over X amount of $$ to give you a call before doing the repair. I'm sure they'll work with you.
