Take any good corn meal recipe...Like the one that Jersey gave you. Just do one thing different.

Get the iron skillet good and hot with a little grease in it before you put the bread mix in. Then when you pour it in, it makes a beautiful, crispy, tasty crust on the bottom. Then just bake as directed.

It' s gooder than July jam...........................
