Well, since you said any input is welcome. Have you tried the Diamond Marquis? It looks like the same thing, a tad slower but still plenty fast and in a single cam rather then a dual cam. The reason I'm asking is because it has a 7" brace and you seemed concerned about that part.
That would be the bow i would be going after if'n i hadnt found my Ally. Great bow, perfectly smooth.
