Jason , I have always cranked mine all the way down until the limbs are bottomed out (full poundage) . Then take a majic marker and draw a line on the limb bolt and a corresponding line/dot on your limb even with the mark on your limb bolt. Then when you need to adjust you can just crank them down even amounts until you get your desired weight , all of my Mathews have dropped about 3-4 pounds per full turn ! Good luck !
