They are some stand up guys, call them and next time don't take things apart that don't come apart until you know how. Many things require a special tool. I'm guessing this is the case here unless the guy you bought it off of did his own "handy mans corner"

With all due respect, I believe that it's not really that hard to take apart, it was a simply mistake. I've talked to a other CJ owners of this sight and they have also mentioned how easy it is to forget to loosen the set screws before adjusting the micro-adjust knob. Really that's all I believe we did...simply forgot.

They were never micro adjust anyways, your there now except, the price matched the site.
Not sure what you meant here. They are definitely micro-adjustable pins. The comp has micro adjust pins, gang elevation, windage, and 3rd axis. Design flawed a bit? I think so, but micro-adjust is micro-adjust imho.

Maybe I should have called first, but really, looking back, disassembling a sight generally isn't something I consider to be rocket science...evidentely it can be[8D]
They are now micro adjust but weren't for years. I still use the pro 111. They were also 80 bucks, about twice the price now. I have no idea how easy they are or the process, but I have taken and put together many different things and if something isn't coming apart, I stop until I make sure it's just stuck. You learned something that will pay off later on with who knows what. I broke my share of things,

I've never heard of anyone having anything but good customer service with these guys, maybe it's changed with the rest. I mentioned a problem on another site before in passing and I had an offer from them to replace the part. Maybe you should try posting this on that other 'unfriendly" site. Who knows!

Thanks for the heads up anyways!
