The act of placing bait and hunting over it for the soul purpose of killing an animal.
Here In Wisconsin you can place 2 gallons of bait (Corn, Apples, etc..) per I think 40 acres and hunt over it for Deer. This is only in certain parts of the state.
Where I live baiting is not allowed.
Not sure on the bear baiting laws.
