Not trying to let this go too far.......

I just learned something today that I didn't know. According to an article I read today on Hunter's Friend......an arrow that is fletched with straight fletching does NOT spin.

I had no idea. I thought they all did.
I also read that and did not know it...[&:]

Why would you want a arrow fletched with straight vanes??? Wouldn't it be like a knuckle ball???
Idk, maybe I am missing something or just having a brain fart...
