If I understand your question right (you want to shoot a right hand bow with your right hand on the grip and left hand anchored). The problem is how the cables run. On right hand bows the cables are offset to the right side and the shelf is cut away on the left of the bow to allow clearance and the quiver and sight mountsare on the right side. If you shoot this bow left handed the cables and quiver are going to interfere with your grip.You are going to have to reach around the cables to get your hand on the grip. I imagine the hand torque would be quite a problem also. If you are lefteye dominantshoot a left handed bow or learn to shoot with your right eye. Not sure if this is what you are asking so if not just disregard.
