Default RE: home made arrow saw - help

We tend to over think the arrow cutting process, and make it too complicated. I've been using adremel tool for years. At first I made a jig to make certain they were square. I have at my disposal a saw at my sponsors shop, however when I'm in a rush, the dremel works fine.

In cutting arrows you have to have the RPM's with the smallest amount of abrasion. A square cut is imperative.
