I have absolutely no idea what you are saying when you claim that the northeast doesn't give a **** about it's wildlife. And that it won't raise license fees, resident jersey deer hunting licenses for bow, muzzleloader, and shotgun come out to be $375 and the requirement of $28 for every buck tag, and then theres turkey and trout license, as well as a abundance of small game stamps, so if you want to have an all around sportsman license your looking at $500 or up. "yankee malnutrition" is not exactly real, except for the urban areas, which i would say withlittle doubt is the same scenario with the urban south. Deer inthe majorityof the northeast feed on either farmland crops, or the browse of their hardwoods habitat. Given the average antler size of deer is difficult to compare to many parts of the country, the overall health of the herd is not.
