Default RE: D-Loop Advice for 82nd Airborne owners

ORIGINAL: GMMAT

I've also used string wax (at the advice of a well respected board member who does so on many bow related items) as a means of making sure a screw-in item doesn't work itself loose.

I also read the D-loop waxing advice on another site. If it's poor advice.....there's a lot of people out there giving it.
Go try it out mythbusters style.... On one of your bows wax the serving and wax up a loop and tie it on. Also, tie on a loop with no wax on top of clean serving. Spin them by hand.... Get back with me afterwards.

Heck if you can add in a nice hot sunny NC day and let me know what happens to the wax

All I am saying isthat I have read a lot of what in my opinion isbad advice here over the years. That's why they are called opinions, not facts.....
