Because it doesn't happen on all 82nds. I set up three before leaving Sportsman's and used the camo d-loop material we were provided by the store. Zero had the issue he's describing.

I'm not trying to downplay your issue at all, Jeff. It would suck to have to deal with it, but it isn't a Bowtech specific issue. A d-loop can spin on any bow, not just the 82nds or Bowtechs in particular and it doesn't do it with all of them.
