The center pivot cap bolts should be tightened similar to scope rings, snug not wrenched tight. Mine have never loosened in a year of shooting. Also regarding the General and the Guardian, I'm not sure Bowtech was trying to Gain anything huge. They took the quietest, least Hand shock design and made it even more so and offered it in a Shorter A to A. I'm not a fan of Short A to A bows but there are many that Loved the Tribute, and will Love the General even more. I Love my Guardian and the tad extra speed and A to A I get with it, but I'm rigging my General for Spring Turkeys! It should be the ticket.
