Something I've always wondered what if a guy is on your land, with the states approval of course, and has an accident? With todays lawsuit happy society he could fall or get hurt and you're responsible. But with the dog laws you can't protect yourself from that. So is the state paying the bill or exempting you?

I have to say you have a very valid point (dang is that twice we are on the same page kind of lol) there. I had actually never thought about it, but it makes me wonder too.
I would think that somewhere that the state would have thought about this andclosed this loophole. But then again we are talking about those genusis in Richmond so that might be a far stretch to hope for but then again I still believe in the easter bunny too lol..
