Bigg~Bird,

I am sure that you have read my entire posts and you know that I am all for some changes to be made. perfect point was my last point when I was talking about the right to retreive law... I am not sure if it came across like I wanted but I was showing that it is a law that needs to be re-done, I have no problems with giving on that, in fact as a legal houndsman I don think it is giving, I think and have thought for awhile, prior to this debate coming up in our state, that it was not a good law and is a excellent loop hole for those who abuse laws.

I also feel that there needs to be a defined chase season for deer hounds and that yes the fox open chase season needs to be adjusted so as not to be intrusive on those of US that spend alot of time bowhunting and bp hunting and preparing for it on ly to be interrupted by someone abusing that law... maybe something like it will be legal to chase fox from 9:00 pm Saturday evening until 11:00 pm Sunday, that way the dogs are caught up prior to monday and if they are not then a fine is asigned for each dog out?

Just some thoughts, and no not all houndsmen are against compromise.
