Bigg Birdd....
I am not trying to start something but have a question for you. ........
...........Those whom you are trying to impose your will upon will remember who was against them and who stood heir to help reach a middle ground. Mark my words there will be a time in the future, it may be next year or 5 years down the road but none the less there will be a day when a style of hunting you partake in comes under fire for changes or elmination, and these guys will remember and some of them will turn a cold shoulder o those who were against tehm but yet alot of them will stand up shoulder to shoulder with you and help you because o their love of the outdoors and hunting... just food for thought..

I've said the dog chasers can do their thing and I don't care as long as it doesn't interfere with my hunting or in another's season. Such as the fox chasing loophole. The very nature of dog hunting requires decent tracts of land and there is always a better than 50% chance the dogs are going to get by or out of the hunt and onto anothers land. Then the right to tresspass come up as a last point. I'm willing to compromise but the doggers say no to any and all options.
The big question is do you feel others have a right to have any impact on another's lands? Shouldn't a person have a right to peace and privacy on their own lands? The tradition crowd says no. There is going to be change and it's not if but when and how much. Sitting down and making a middle ground seems a logical move but it's not in the doggers plan. One side has tadition the other has property rights. If it ever gets to a court battle the rights will win over tradition. And if it doesn't get worked out it will go there one day. It has in other states and they had their tradition in place too. It's gone for some. Is the VHDA willing to gamble on that? I think they will. I've got nothing to lose and all to gain. Any method of control or change will be better then what we have now, which is absolutely zero.
The other side has already shown an unwillingness to any change by the continued Sunday issue. They aren't willing to give one bit. But everyone else is supposed to? They do something but if anyone else suggests a change they're anti's or dividing the ranks. They want it both ways. Remember not everyone gets everything they want. They've gone untethered for too long and it's time to pay for their actions. We'll see what shows up in 2009. I've waited this long a few more months is nothing.
