Im certified in HVAC but I dont do it for a living.But I have done some work with a friend on a Burnham Alliance XL modular hot water heater and Burnham Revolution boiler system I believe it was rated about 87% efficent.He used an air convector on the system also.It was fairly easy to install and he has not had any complaints with the system yet.
