Its so wild that peoples experience with Leupold is so vastly different from one another. So vast it makes you wonder. I have had nothing but top notch service. I have sent back scopes over a decade old and they always repaired it.
My buddy is holding the new box and is not happy about it...if you like PM me I'lll give you his name and you can contact Leupold and see if he didn't send it in 3 months ago and had that exact outcome. Bottom line is they didn't back their product . No skin off of his nose since he knew the scope was bad when he bought the rifle and has nothing invested in it.
No, not at all. Don't get me wrong. Its just wild how different our experiences are with the company. Your an honest man. Are you not also surprised how vast the experiences are?
Same with bowtech, mathews and other expensive hunting equipment mfg. I know some who has had complete bows replaced, and others that they snickered at. I can't figure it out.
I would be ticked off too if I was your friend.
Burris about the only company that really ticked me off. And others on here scream how good a company they are.
