I agree, People in my area shoot every buck they see. I've gone 2 years now without filling my buck tag because I passed on many small bucks, just to see the gun hunters go out and shoot them all. I hunt mostly on land that I alone have permission to hunt and try to manage the age of the bucks taken, But have no control over the neighbors land, they even push through my land without permission to get the small bucks.
