1075 does mean 10 3/4, not quite a #11.

They are very snug on my T/C Renegade nipple, but I like them that way. When I load it, I VERY carefully lower the hammer onto the cap and press the hammer to seat the cap on the nipple. I have to pry it off with akey or a knife. I don't reuse them.

Anyway, best caps out there IMO.
