I've always shot/used muzzy 3 blade 100gr, and am considering the montec g5 100gr, and possibly the rage 2blade 100gr, maybe the NAP razorbak 100gr spinning technology. I like the 1 piece design of the g5 over the muzzy, but I like the chisel point on the muzzy vs the g5's cut on contact. I'm skeptical of mechanicals, though the rage's are all the rage it seems. I also don't know about 2" cutting on a elk etc...what happens when that hits bone etc? Does anyone prefer 1 of these to another? Also does anyone shoot multiple broadheads for different types of big game? elk? deer? antelope? bear?I really want to increase my downrange accuracy and consistently and wonder if muzzy's since they're not a 1 peice are limited in their precision? Also does a mechanical react less to wind since its closed/smaller contact area when closed? Some help choosing please?
