I have mine at ~64#s. After about 80 arrows, the arrows start to distance themselves. Are you shootingvery littleat 71#s or did you play in the NFL? With these mods, I can imagine pulling back a 71#s in a tree turned to your bad side. Maybe I just need to lift a few weights.
