I went to a new shop yesterday and the service was top notch. The owner waited on me, had one of his workers throwing bows together for me to shoot. He made a point of letting me know that my satisfaction was his number one priority, that if I bought a bow from him I could bring it in any time if their were any problems with it. I guess it doesn't hurt when they know you are looking to spend a grand or so in their store.
