I don't think they are RUBS per ssay at all. Just 20'from food plot 9n a grove of small hardwood we saw 3 rubs. They were within 6' of each other and were on 1" saplings, not the avg and so close together. We think what is happening is the deer are trying to rid themselves of their horns. We found one set in that 1 acre field side by side as though the droped off as he was feeding. When the snow is gone we will search the 50 acre field and try the zig zag search method.
