What a complete IDIOT! On a couple of levels. First, not spending 15 small bills for a tag is completely, and utterly, ASININE!! Hell, even I can afford that. SECONDLY, he KNEW he bought the licsense after he killed the buck.....Wouldn't you......"alter" your story accordingly????
We get a lot of this around here, guys get pulled over on the interstate because of expired plates, or something just that stupid, and upon investigation they are found to have 100 pounds of pot in the trunk......Now, if I were carrying that much dope.......Don't you think I would at least make sure my plates were current????
