I lean towards the old ones, I like the history, andI like good wood, blued steel, and color case hardening. I bought a Marlin 1895 last summer, it's the first new rifle I have bought in a long time.I couldn't find a good old one like I wanted. Where I work, when you get fifteen years in, they give you $500 to spend on what ever you want, so....
